Headwear
A classic woman's head covering used for centuries, you have the choice of circle, oval, or square veils in linen voile, linen, or silk. All veils are hand made, so no machine stitching, and are 45 inches for the circle and square, 45”x54” for oval.
The Fillet is the underpinning for veils and wimples, as well as some hats. It is a simple linen band that is pinned closed at the back with veil pins. The wimple and veil then pin into the band so that they remain in place through out the day. Our fillets are machine sewn with hand finishing and are two inches wide.
